Maybe when you picture eloping you think of going to the courthouse- or the opposite, you think eloping has to be some epic adventure at the top of a mountain.
Both of those images can be true but they don't have to be!
Eloping is what you make it to be. The purpose is to have a wedding experience that is uniquely yours.
If you're looking for a fun, laid back celebration surrounded by just the people closest to you, don't feel pressured to go the traditional route just because you feel like you're supposed to.

"Neither of us are big fans of crowds and the thought of having to mingle with 300 people was overwhelming.
We didn’t want to make awkward small talk on our wedding day. We just wanted the people we know best and love most to be around, especially for the ceremony."
What's the difference between Elopements & Intimate Weddings?
These terms are often used INTERCHANGEABLY, but here are a couple key differences
Elopements can happen anywhere and are typically just the two of you and maybe a small group of close family and friends. Typical elopement ceremonies consist mainly of vows and exchanging rings. There typically aren't formal readings or unity ceremonies or much structure. It can happen at a courthouse, your backyard or your favorite outdoorsy spot.
These are typically all-inclusive wedding packages for up to 30 guests. You can customize a couple details, but otherwise most of the planning is already done for you and they can be put together very quickly. They are often led by a wedding coordinator who manages all of the details, vendors and logistics for you. Check out this one you can book at Parley Lake Winery.
Intimate weddings generally follow the same general format as larger, traditional weddings but with a much smaller guest list (typically up to 30). Oftentimes, there is a reception that follows the ceremony either with a full dinner or apps and drinks. They are simpler, sometimes less expensive to plan and keep the focus on celebrating your relationship with those closest to you.
I'll take you and your fiance out for a drink (or video chat) to get to know you and see if we'd be a good fit to work together.
